BSOD (0x0000007e) caused by ntoskrnl.exe when attempting to hibernate

Hi, I'm getting BSOD (0x0000007e) from ntoskrnl.exe (according to BlueScreenView) every time i try to hibernate. This started happening after the latest Windows Update (KB5031356) on 12/10/2023. End of September i upgraded my SSD from 256GB to 2TB, but there were no issues with the hibernate function then.I update all my drivers and ran a memory test on 22/10/2023, but the issue still persists.
