I can't get Windows 10 Boot Manager to launch successfully, with no error messages being displayed.

I've just built a new PC and installed Windows 10 OS. The download completed, and I was able to access the Windows home page. I updated my boot order to put the Windows Boot Manager first (installed on a Corsair MP600 CORE X SSD), but when the PC restarts, I'm left with a black screen. No error messages display. What am I missing here?
