How do I get rid of “getting windows ready don’t turn off your computer”

Hello, I looking for the answer for this for long time my pc is facing a problem that when almost every time I try to shut down my pc and it just said:”getting windows ready don’t turn off your computer” and I am very annoyed by this problem cause every time it happen it always took 3 hours to fully shut down and sometimes when I’m mad I just force shutdown it. So please if anyone know a solution for this problem please tell me.thank you
