Hi, I'm using Windows Media Player (on Windows 10), and even tried the new Media player to sync my CD's to my Samsung A34 phone.I have lots of CD's where track 1 is not being imported into the music player on my phone. It goes into a folder "Unknown".So far I have.-Ensured that when the CD is ripped, it is not playing. It auto-starts in WMP, so i stop it playing and then rip it.-Looked in the folder (in Windows, not the media player) where the song resides, and the "Track No, Track name , Artist etc etc" all appear to be in line with the tracks that do sync ok.
