virus trojan wacatac.bm!l

I recently reseted my computer due to virus but even now after fresh cloud reset a new one popped up which is the trojanwactacb!ml it is situated in hkey somewhere but I cant remove it is there a way to fix this pls help.the Microsoft defender did fix it but why was there a virus after resetting the computer I had not downloaded any programs other than google chrome this means its still somewhere in my boot drive I can send the screenshot of what it has infected if u think that might help you.
