User's account email not showing properly in Settings

Please see the image above in reference to this issue. I have a user who was given a laptop previously used by another employee. We don't handle any of the setup for the laptops and are remote with no good way to get our hands on the laptops themselves so fixes are difficult at times. When my user goes to Settings, she sees the highlighted email address under her name. That isn't her email address and she wants it removed. Everything else on the laptop seems to be working properly, this just isn't showing the correct info. When she clicks on My Microsoft account nothing happens. Is there a way
