My previous account was accessed and the recovery email and password changed so I can no longer access the account. I've tried multiple times to use the account recovery request feature but every time it has been declined. I understand why as I can't give exact details as I mostly just used the account for OneDrive and for office 365. These features aren't really checked amongst the questions they ask. Is there another way I can get my account back or am I best just giving up and using this one from now on. I can provide evidence that the primary email that the account was signed up with and u
