C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\WPF\PresentationNative_v0400.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0x000012f. I've tried to do a bunch of fixes and it didnt work the creation tool sfc /scan and more. it docent let me reset my computer either it say we ran into a error undoing changes
