Windows 10 Pro activation key

I recently updated my office PC with a new motherboard and hard disk. On my old system, I was using a genuine Windows 10 Pro OS. However, when I installed Windows 10 Pro on my new system, I was unable to activate it using my old activation key.Is there any way to use my old activation key on my new system? If not, where can I buy a Windows 10 Pro activation key in Kerala, India? And how much would it cost?
