PC sometimes boots sometimes don't. When it doesn't, it shows the "Reboot and Select Proper Boot Device" error screen

Hello! So my PC recently got refreshed after 6 years and I installed a fresh SSD and HDD after the old HDD died. Windows 10 is installed on the SSD. Recently, sometimes my PC becomes totally unresponsive and not responding when being used. nothing can be interacted except the mouse moving. I had to force shutdown, and when restarted, it shows the "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key" error. When I check the BIOS settings, there are no trace of my SSD in the list of bootable devices.Oddly, if I let the PC shut down for several hours,

(Lenovo V145 15AST U) Windows 10 boot times on first boot is really slow but when I hold the power key and restart it boots fine.
