Loud noise alert with a lady voice that the laptop is blocked

Hello, while I was working on my laptop and click on a video that I usually watch, suddenly new pages with some red and blue page design showed up and I heard a bad noise alarm alert that a lady sounds said the laptop is blocking . I immediately closed my laptop. A few minuts later I signed in again and unfortunately that page and that lady voice is still there with a very loud noise
