Cannot Login to the PC physcially but can login to the PC using Remote desktop connection

HiMy HP workstation is connected to a local area network (LAN), and I am able to log in to the PC remotely without any issues. However, when attempting to log in physically, I encounter a peculiar situation where the monitor screen only displays the desktop wallpaper, preventing me from accessing the system. is there any solution to this issue
