Greetings,I have a problem where someone gained unauthorized physical access to my PC and performed a password reset from the start screen. They answered the security questions correctly and performed the method outlined in the Reset your Windows local account passwordsupport article for Windows 10 version 1803 and beyond. This also had the adverse effect of signing me out of most online services I use, and unfortunately I do not have the login information (email/username and password) saved in text or written format. Is there a way to recover those login informations? Please advise.
