Hi,I have an old laptop (Win7) that had gotten corrupted a year or two ago. I decided to have another go at breathing new life into it this weekend.I found my system restore disc, and got Windows 7 up and running. To no surprise, most thing I tried to do threw up an error saying that Windows 7 isn’t supported. I decided to upgrade to Windows 10.I have a usb iso for Windows 10, and ran the Setup file direct from that, and successfully installed Windows 10 Home. This was linked to/signed in with my Microsoft account. I was the sole user account on the system with admin rights as you’d expect.
