I uninstalled an app (Voicemod) and now it won't let me install it back

I uninstalled Voicemod because my pc was running out of space and now whenever I try to get it back I forget what it says but it's having an error then whenever I look in my storage it's in there but it says that file doesn't exist so I can't uninstall it or install it back
