KB5011048 causes one of my app stop working, how to skip this update?

wmfan_somebody_stole _my_screen_name

windows 10, this update stops one of my apps from starting, uninstalling it fix the problem, however, windows update always install it again. how to tell windows update skip this one? thanks.
