now i don't know what the hell is going on but my computer was working about 24 hours ago perfectly i had downloaded the quality of life updates (KB503445) and (KB5031904) and maybe (KB4023057) last one i am not sure if its part of the cause but it was part of yesterdays / todays download / updates logs i downloaded theses updates and installed them around 12:30am in the morning before i went to bed.i came back onto my computer about 8 hours later around 8am in the morning and i was having wifi problems all of a sudden with chrome i couldn't get onto YouTube and couldn't access anything else
