Using windows on multiple devices

Hi, I buy a laptop with a digital license version of windows 10 2 years ago, after I bought the laptop used for a while windows recommend me to update to Windows 11, so I did, and today I just buy a new PC without any license version of windows, can I transfer the windows version from my laptop to my PC? Both devices still usable. If yes, how can I do it, and what happen to my windows version on my laptop?
