PC BSOD crash (Kernel-Power 41 / 0x8000400000000002)

So my PC has been crashing tons of times already. It seems like it could be a memory issue since I get different kinds of BSOD crashes related to memory corruption and similar. Don't think it's an issue related to drivers or Windows since I reinstalled both of them many times making sure to do it properly. That leaves me to the conclusion that it might just be a hardware issue possibly? I ran memtest86 with both of my ram sticks on various modules and got errors always on the Test number 10. Got no idea what that means to be honest, would like to get some insight on what you guys might think c
