My PC will not run Minecraft

my pc is giving me an error called Bad image whenever i try to run Minecraft or any related apps (the different additions in the launcher) I've tried all the recommended fixes to this error code including downloading the new c++ files but those did not work I've included an image below to show the error error code 0xc000012f
