Hello, I am losing my mind, I don't know if my exact scenario has been solved, since I haven't found any answer on this website, or the internet. I'll try be as short and as precise as possible. I had to reinstall windows for a HP 250 G9 6Q947ES which initially had Windows 11, I wanted to install windows 10, as I don't like windows 11, i downloaded media creation tool to my usb, configured bios to boot from usb, as soon as the windows 10 installation came up I could not use the trackpad, i was thinking maybe its because I had an external mouse plugged in, so i just installed windows as normal,
