Whenever I download something no matter what it is whether its a file on my browser or its an application running its installer they will just pause out of nowhere and will wait until I disconnect and reconnect my internet from my computer. I tried to download files from many different websites and this happened I tried downloading bluestacks and the installer had the same issue. It seems to be a problem with my computer and not the individual applications because it happens in a variety of applications I use on my computer and it doesn't happen to my other computer.
