Windows 10 booting to BSOD

Hi,I’m trying to turn on my computer, but before I can even reach the sign-in page, I’m greeted by this message:Your PC/Device needs to be repaired.The digital signature for this file could not be verified.Error code: 0xc0000428I genuinely don’t even know what to do. After a certain amount of time, the PC just shuts down. I’ve tried pressing F1 to enter recovery environment but it just restarts the PC and takes me back to BSOD. I’ve gone into UEFI Firmware Settings and for the life of me, I can’t figure out what to do. I’m assuming I’m going to need to reinstall Windows with installation media
