I recently bought a USB WIFI dongle for my laptop and was able to put a SIM card in it. When I connect it to my laptop (Acer Aspire running Windows 10), it beeps several times like it's a recognized device then unrecognized and then recognized. I look under device manager and it appears there. My green light for the dongle is on meaning there is data and I am able to see that there is data being exchanged/transmitted on the router login page but I still am not able to navigate.
