Whenever I start it up, I get through bios steps fine, i see the logo and the loading spinning dots. Then just a black screen with spinning dots. Then when the logon screen with the user profile ready for my password is suppose to come up. It does. I get a black background with a popup as seen in the image. The only way I can get anywhere is starting the PC in the recovery mode (force shutdown 3 times) i have tried safe mode boot and that still doesnt seem to work. Bringing me again to the black screen and the popup error. This is my old computer im trying to keep working to hand down to my br
