The user profile service failed the sign in. User profile connot be loaded

After I factory reset my computer and tried to sign in, I got a message that said that my user profile service failed the sign in. I have tried going on youtube and solving the problem but i couldn't acces safe mode (when i went in safe mode all i could see was a grey screen with a cursor). I also tried to factory reset my conputer once more but it still didn't work. Does anyone know how i could fix this?
