user account control

Hi dear microsoft team.i have big problem with my user account control system,it asks everytime when i try to install or delete something,but my password is long,i`m depressed to write this password,then i`m trying to change the option to [ never notify ]. but it`s showing that, ''to select this setting,you must log in as an administrator'' . But i don`t know how to do this.please help me in this case.
