Hi, The bluetooth on my laptop has given me issues in the past. The problem came up again, but trying previously fixes did not resolve the issue. The steps I took eventually led me to uninstalling bluetooth from the device manager. Now I am not able to fix the issue, even after trying multiple methods. The things I have tried so far include: 1. Downloading the drivers from the Dell Website2. Device manager - looking under "Show Hidden Devices", manually trying to create a legacy bluetooth device under Microsoft (the generic bluetooth adapter was not there)3.
