Windows Update Issue

I have 3 PC's. The one with Windows 10 has not updated in months. This is the error message that shows: Security Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (VERSION 1.401.37.0). Current Channel (Broad) Error 0x80240016. Status: We can't install some updates because other programs are in progress.No matter how many times I restart or try to update after turning it on, that message shows. Any ideas? Maybe the Defender antivirus is messed up and can be reinstalled?
