Can Someone Tell Me What These "LiveID" events Mean in Event Viewer?

I discovered a log in Event Viewer under Applications and Services called 'LiveID' and there are 2 specific types of Error messages that are worrying me, as I can't really find information onlinethe first one is: "RPC call to function WLIDAcquireTokensWithNGC returned the following error code: 0x80048265"this one seems to happen on each startup, but only if the other Error message doesn't happebthe second one, which I'm more worried about is: "SOAP request of type Service for user CID "(numbers)" in production environment received through following error code from the Microsoft Account server:
