BSoD related to USBXHCI.SYS I've seen all the other answers. Stop code
RIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I've uninstalled the driver and let it reinstall. Dism /restore health and scannow. I also reset the pc and I'm getting no where. Only seems to happen when picking up my plantronics headset or sometimes making or answering a call using a plantronics headset, but it's not consistent. I've tried both bluetooth and the dongle with the same issue. Not sure if related, but bluetooth devices sometimes stop or pause, but when I open the bluetooth setup screen everything starts working.
