I've been unable to successfully install updates KB5031224 (with error code 0x800703e6), KB4023057 (with error code 0x800703e6), KB5031356 (with error code 0x800703e6) and KB5031445 (with error code 0x800703e6).To fix this issue with error code 0x800703e6, I've tried:- Windows Troubleshooter, finding no problems.- Running sfc/ scannow, getting the "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service" message.- Running DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth which also didn't work.- Run various combinations of stopping Windows Update Services, deleting qmgr*.dat files, removing Wi
