How to remove Trojan:Win32/Ragzil.B

Hello,Windows Security just reported that Trojan:Win32/Ragzil.B was present on my computer. I am running Windows 10 Home on a 64-bit operating system. When I do a google search on "Trojan:Win32/Ragzil.B" I can't find anything, which is confusing, Windows security lists this as a Current Threat 5 times (see attached screenshot) but won't allow me to Quarantine nor Remove it. I tried Quick Scan as well as Microsoft Defender Offline Scan but the threat list remains the same. I then downloaded and installed Malwarebytes which after a scan said that my system was 100% clean.&nbs
