Mouse CURSOR at random times is unable to click or scroll.

At random times my mouse CURSOR stops working and no longer clicks or scrolls. The timing is random, though it usually happens with the CLIP Studio Paint window open. Things to note; I do not have a wireless mouse, I used a trackpad and it still doesn't scroll or click, sometimes my drawing pad works but most of the time it acts the same as the mouse and trackpad.The only noticeable fix is to either restart my computer which takes a lot of my time, or to put my computer to sleep and wake it back up. I know I have an easy fix, though it interrupts my workflow and I am not a big fan of this glit
