Hello,Recently, I've been having problems with Windows 10 updates on my HP laptop. There is plenty of space on the HD, so that is not the issue. When windows attempts an update, it fails. Then it says it is undoing the change, but never really does and it never completes. I've tried rebooting into Safe mode. But each time it asks for a password and I don't know if it wants a Windows PW or a Microsoft PW. Either way, every password I enter says it's incorrect. I managed to change my MS PW using my PC, but that is no help. And every option in Safe mode requires some sort of PW. I am now stuck at
