Some websites aren't loading

I'm trying to login to one website. Sometimes the website will load after I restart my computer. But I can never get past the login page. I've tried all the "how to's" I can find. Clearing catch data, turning off extension, returning browser to all default settings, ran through Admin Prompts, and tried a different web browser too. This one website won't load. What should I do? I know the site is working, it loads on my phone just fine.
