Win10 Activation Problems

Good day. I have the following problem: I have a digital license key. I've had a new PC . Of course I wanted to install Windows 10 PRO from my USB and then enter the key. But then an error appears (0x803FA067) I have already tried to uninstall the key on my old computer via CMD as admin and also from the registry, so that I can of course use it again on this computer. I checked if the old PC has still the Key but it shows something like this "BBBB-BBBB-BBBB-...." So, it Doesn't work. What to do? Please help
