Critical Process Died PLEASE HELP I CANT ACCESS MY LAPTOP

So it started when I tried to start up my laptop and then it was stuck in the welcome screen, 45 minutes later and it was still stuck so I went for a tutorial and then I put it to windows automatic repair and then it was stuck in windows automatic repair. I tried continuing to windows 10, and then safe mode, and then startup repair but it still did the blue screen “CRITICAL PROCESS DIED” Please help I really need to access the laptop but it wouldn’t go back to Windows 10. After the “CRITICAL PROCESS DIED” Blue Screen, It went back to Windows Automatic Repair. PLEASE HELP
