Launching Call of Duty is crashing my wifi for my PC only.

There's another post regarding this however that one refers to all games, and upon following the advice on that postWith MW3 launching tomorrow I don't want this to affect my experience playing that.I'm using Ethernet through the TP-Link TL-PA717 (Cannot directly connect my PC to the router) this is only happening when I launch Call of Duty. Without the ethernet connected I can play just fine. I'm wondering if it's an issue with my settings or if it's an issue with my adapters. When I say it's crashing it happens really slowly, it doesn't seem to spike my ping (Watching my discord ping on 2nd
