When I first got my laptop (Samsung Odyssey z) from my uncle, it worked completely fine, running on windows 11 education. However, a couple days later after coming home, it failed to boot, showing the loading screen and then the screen turned off with the power button led still on.The weird thing is, it can only run safe mode, and I don’t have any malware or viruses. The first time I had this issue (this is now the second time), I downloaded windows 10 home from usb and it fixed it. However, now that it’s happening again, I am so confused.
