I have been facing this issue for the last 2-3 days. It used to take 2-3s to go to the lock screen. But now, it's showing a 7-8s-long black screen before it goes to the lock screen and lets me enter the PIN to log into Windows. I changed nothing regarding the start-up applications or services. I did not install any new software. Also, I didn't update my drivers.
