Windows Update reboot stops at 9% - "We couldn't complete the updates"

Hello,My grandmother is having issues with her laptop. She is trying to install the october Windows update. It installs correctly and is waiting for a reboot, however, when rebooting it goes to 9% (at the blue screen) and then finishes. Then at the next screen it says "We couldn't complete the updates, undoing changes, don't turn off your computer".I have tried it multiple times without success.In Windows it shows error code 0x80070002.What I checked/tried already:- Hard disk space is more than enough- Tried running Windows Updater Troubleshooter- Resetted Windows Components- Ran SCF scan- Exe
