First 10 percent brightness not working / irresponsive on Windows 10 laptop!!!

Recently replaced damaged display on my Windows 10 laptop with a compatible one (similar specs). Since then, first 10 percent of brightness control is not working / responding as it used to be, but afterwards just fine and noticeable for every percent. I tried uninstalling updating installed "Display drivers" as well as "Monitor drivers" in Device Manager. Unfortunately, didn't work. Any help on this regard will be highly appreciated. Thank You.
