Hi there. I’m having some problems with my desktop PC, which is running Windows 10 Home 22H2 for x64-based Systems. I recently downloaded and installed the optional quality update “2023-10 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5031445)”, after which I ran into all sorts of problems. I went back to the Restore Point created before the download and that is when I started to see the PC starting after being told to shut down.
