How to fix 100 percent CPU usage when playing any game?

Hello,Recently I noticed that my CPU is at 100 percent usage when running any game I have. This was not a problem 1 month prior, but I am not sure what caused this recent issue. I have ran a Malwarebytes scan and checked for processor driver updates. Even after doing these things, the problem persists. how should I proceed?
