I recently needed to hard reset my windows back to the factory settings. I used the preinstalled windows that was on the computer's hard drive. After a few days of use i noticed that I need to activate my windows. I can't find the key with the laptop or box that i bought the laptop in. Error code 0xC004C003 I tried the troubleshoot button in the activation page, but it was also having an issue that it can't connect to the internet which is weird as i am writing this message now on the same laptop.
