Hi,I am trying to help someone resolve two separate but related (?) issues they have with their PC running windows 10 Home.Issue 1They have a personal email address and email domain which is able to send emails using the Windows 10 Mail app but not receive emails.If you send the email address a message the Microsoft mail servers reject the message - mailbox unavailableSee attached screenshot.It seems that the plain english email address resolves to an obfuscated Outlook mailbox and I assume that this personal email address was set up with Microsoft some time in the past.I am happy to DM the un
