white vertical lines show up on my screen they first appeared when i closed a game and my gaming pc froze i restarted it to realise i was on 60hz i went into settings and clicked advanced display options to realise 180hz option wasnt there so i went into my nvidia control panel to change it there, still nothing so i made a new resolution with 180hz refresh rate when i clicked apply lots of white lines appeared on my monitor i reserched how to fix it but nothing so now all games feels really slow and choppy.
