This only occurs when I walk away or occasionally shut down the computer. Only when is idle it occurs so I don't really see what is triggering it. A few times it comes up asking me to restore my account, requiring a Microsoft sign in (which it either doesn't accept or the keyboard refuses to work to type). Eventually, after unplugging peripherals and power and hard reset it eventually comes back and then doesn't reoccur for hours until I repeat the scenario, and leave it idle. I have the DMP file but I don't see a way to attach it in this question.
