My keyboard is acting up

Hello, I have found myself facing a problem where anytime I try to use my soace bar on PC it's getting read as the enter key, if I press v or b it's automatically gonna write vb same with n and m, I'm not sure what to do, it works like that everywhere, Google, Word, system files, everywhere and I'm not sure what caused that or how to repair it, I would be glad if someone could explain how to repair it and how it even happened
